Chef needed for a 40-guest introduction ceremony

What the customer needs

We are hosting my sister's introduction at home and we expect about 40 guests, mostly family. We need a chef who can cook a full Ugandan spread — matooke, luwombo, rice, greens, beef and chicken — plus a small vegetarian option for three guests. Serving is from 1pm, so cooking starts early morning. We have a big outside kitchen area, firewood and saucepans, but the chef should come with their own knives and any special equipment. Price should include one helper. Please quote for food preparation and serving only; we are handling drinks and decor ourselves.
