What the customer needs
My 2009 Toyota Wish is due for a service — engine oil, oil filter, air filter and plugs. The front brakes also squeak badly when I slow down, so the pads probably need replacing and the discs checked. I would prefer a mechanic who can come to the house on Saturday morning with their own tools, or a garage nearby that can finish the same day. Please quote labour separately from parts so I know what I am paying for.
